
Huizar and De La Rosa Earn CCAC Postseason Honors for Holy Cross Women’s Golf
The Holy Cross Women's Golf team wrapped up a strong season with well-deserved recognition at the CCAC Postseason Awards, as freshman Bianca Huizar and junior Eva De La Rosa were honored for their outstanding performances on the course and in the classroom.
Bianca Huizar was named to the CCAC First Team All-Conference, capping an impressive debut season. Huizar posted a scoring average of 85.9, the second-lowest in the entire conference, and consistently led the Saints throughout the year. Her poise and competitive edge as a first-year athlete earned her top-tier recognition among the CCAC's best.
Complementing Huizar's athletic success, Eva De La Rosa was recognized for her dedication off the course, earning a spot on the CCAC All-Academic Team. De La Rosa exemplifies the true student-athlete, balancing the demands of collegiate golf with academic excellence.
