FIRST HALF

At halftime, St. Francis tailed Holy Cross 27-32 in a closely contested matchup. The Saints were led by Nash Hostetler (Dublin, OH/ Dublin Coffman HS), who tallied 9 points on 3-of-5 shooting, including two three-pointers. Joey Garwood (Elkhart, Indiana/ Penn HS) contributed 8 points, going 3-for-7 from the field, while AJ Roseman (Indianapolis, Indiana / Bishop Chatard HS) provided an efficient 4 points off the bench. Davide Brembilla (Alghero, Italy / Don Bosco Prep) made his presence felt on the boards, grabbing 5 points for the Saints. 

SECOND HALF

Despite a hard-fought second half, Holy Cross narrowly fell to St. Francis 70-60 in competitive finish. Joey Garwood delivered an impressive performance, scoring 10 points on 4-of-8 shooting, including a perfect 2-for-2 from the free-throw line. Davide Brembilla added 6 points, while Justin O'Neal (Dayton, OH/ Dunbar HS) contributed 5 points. The Saints shot 35.5% from the field and improved their free-throw shooting to 75%, but ultimately, St. Francis managed to hold on for the win.
