Saints first conference win against Viterbo

First Half:

The Holy Cross Saints faced Viterbo University in a home matchup at the Pfeil Center. The Saints started the game strong, showcasing an impressive offensive performance in the first half, shooting 55.6% from the field and 57.1% from beyond the arc. Phil Robles II (South Bend, IN /Purdue Fort Wayne) led the scoring effort with 14 points on 5-of-6 shooting, including an impressive 4-of-5 from three-point range, and added 2 rebounds and 4 assists. Justin O'Neal (Dayton, OH/ Dunbar HS) chipped in 10 points, going 4-of-8 from the field and 2-of-3 from three-point range. However, Viterbo capitalized on turnovers and free throws to cut into the lead. Despite the pressure, the Saints held on to secure a hard-fought victory with a final score of 72-59.
