Saints win in a close game against Kuyper College

First Half: 

The Saints played a thrilling and very competitive game against Kuyper College, down 32-39 at halftime. Sophomore standout Joey Garwood (Elkhart, IN/Penn HS) provided a much need lift in this match-up, hitting 2 of 3 from beyond the arc and sinking 4 of 10 from the paint, finishing the first half with an impressive 11 points to keep the Saints within reach. Junior AJ Roseman (Indianapolis, IN/Bishop Chatard HS) also contributed for the Saints in first half, scoring 13 points with a solid shooting performance, going 5 for 8 from the field and 2-2 from the free throw line. 

Second Half: 

The energy on the court surged in the second half as the Saints had Joey Garwood put up some major points. His dynamic ball handling and infectious shooting energy ignited the crowd, creating a thrilling atmosphere. Garwood went 6-9 from the paint and 7-9 from the three-point line, finishing the half with 20 points. Phil Robles II put in 11 points for the Saints in the second half, 3-7 from the paint, 2-4 from the 3-point line, and 3-4 from the three-point line. 

At the 6 minute mark, the Saints took the lead for the first time and held on for the victory. In this win, the team demonstrated a never quit attitude to drive them to a hard fought and impressive win by a total of 77-72
