
2024-25 Men's Basketball Season Preview
Notre Dame, Ind. The Holy Cross College men's basketball team will begin their season on Halloween night when they host East-West University in a non-conference matchup. The Saints will rely on 13 returners and a talented recruiting class for their 2024-2025 season.
Holy Cross will be led by six returning seniors; Nash Hostetler, Justin Milch, Jordan, Montrose, Phil Robles II, Justin O'Neal, and Hunter Zezovski. Hostetler, O'Neal, and Zezovski return for their fourth seasons in a Saints uniform. O'Neal averaged 13.7 points per game last season, while Hostetler recorded 8.4 points. Robles enters his third year with the Saints, the senior averaged 9.8 points per game last year. Justin Milch and Jordan Montrose enter their second season at Holy Cross College.
Men's basketball returns four juniors for the 2024-25 season. AJ Roseman appeared in 25 games last year, while starting in 19 of those. Drew Adzia shot a team best 56.7% from three last season. Joe Kelly appeared in 16 games with five starts, while Asher Puhalski played in eight games with one start.
Sophomores Beau Barhams, Donovan Mukes, and Aris Duni return for this second year in the program. Barhams and Mukes will add valuable depth to the wing positions, while Duni is coming off a medical red shirt last season.
Holy Cross adds five newcomers to the roster this year. Sophomore Joey Garwood, who prepped at local Penn High School, enters his first year with the Saints after transferring from Concordia University-Ann Arbor. Karl Birgisson and Davide Brembilla begin their first season with Holy Cross College. Birgisson is originally from Iceland, while Brembilla, who played at Bosco Prep last year, comes to HC from Italy. Callaghan Weatherspoon joins the Saints for his first season out of Dayton, Ohio via Chaminade Julienne High School. Leo Graves joins the program from St. Augustine High School in San Diego, California.
The Holy Cross College men's basketball team opens their 2024-25 season on Thursday, October 31 when they host East West University. Men's Basketball begins their Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference play on November 20 when they host Viterbo University.

The Holy Cross College Saints compete in eight intercollegiate sports for men and women. Holy Cross has produced 244 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference All-Academic Team honors and 114 All-Conference members, and seven NAIA All-Americans.
