Holy Cross College Earns NAIA Gold-Level Five-Star Institution Award for 2024-25

For the 2024–25 academic year, the Holy Cross College Athletic Department has been named a Gold-Level NAIA Champions of Character® Five-Star Institution. This recognition is a testament to the department's and athletic teams ongoing dedication to honesty, decency, accountability, sportsmanship, and servant leadership.

This prestigious certification places Holy Cross among the best institutions in the country. This year, 210 institutions were recognized as Five-Star, but only those that showed a remarkable dedication to the NAIA's core values were recognized with these designations. Character development, competitive behavior, academic achievement, and character promotion and recognition are among the main factors used to evaluate institutions. Holy Cross received praise for the excellent academic status and sportsmanship of its student-athletes, with few to no ejections recorded during the year.

This honor demonstrates the commitment of coaches, administrators, and student-athletes to sustaining the college's mission both on and off the field, in addition to the exceptional level of the athletic programs.
