
NAIA Scholar Team Awards
The NAIA, National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics, Scholar Team Award recognizes excellence in the classroom by NAIA teams. To qualify, teams must achieve a minimum 3.0 grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) as defined by the nominating institution. This award highlights the academic achievements of student-athletes and emphasizes the importance of balancing sports and education.

The Holy Cross College Saints compete in eight intercollegiate sports for men and women. Holy Cross has produced 205 Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference All-Academic Team honors and 108 All-Conference members, and seven NAIA All-Americans. Founded in 1966, Holy Cross College is a Catholic, residential, coed, four-year institution of higher learning, offering an applied liberal arts curriculum.
